Middle Atlantic Products makes some fine rack gear and while looking for some high velocity AC fans I ran across a thermostatically controlled rack cooler with a 10" fan capable of 550CFM at only 49db for the following MAP racks: WRK, MRK, DRK, VRK, VMRK
List is over $600 and they have 8 for $135, I believe the thermostatic controllers alone cost more than that.

I did manage to find some nice new ball bearing 120AC 220CFM 6" fans for ~ $17 each delivered on the ebay so I went with that
