Dynacord 600-3 cd 1-2 problem

Hello, we have a problem with Dynacord 600-3, in cd 1-2 we play sound with headphone jack to av-2 cable and phone, after a suddenly turned off the device we have a dead sound and disconnected port for play.
now we can get signal in microphones line but in master output L-R cant get output sound.

I appreciate if anyone can help me to find what part is cause this problem.
