Hi all,
Got a used HP 6227B power supply yesterday.
I went throught the Turn-On Checkout Procedure (page 3-1) and can't adjust the current on the right channel higher than 0.4A.

Any ideas of where the failure could be? Everything else works fine.
Depending on what the failure is, I may just end up sending it back to the seller? It *is* a really nice power supply, otherwise.
