I picked up a Really nice looking Premier B-220 at a garage sale for $10. Cosmetically very nice. Don't know much about this amp. I am having arcing coming from the large blue can multi-capacitor next to the resistor. I know just a little about electronics but not enough to diagnose the problem. In other words I could fix it if I knew what is causing the arcing. Any help?
