Hi and thanks for letting me join the forum. I have a Kustom K50-2 that has a bad volume pot and has what looks like an old 'can' style diode-looks like a Ge transistor with 2 legs broken off. The can is mounted in one end of a fuse holder on the power transistor heat sink. The legs must have been broken off in an attempted repair. The board is lettered PC5026. I find a 5029 in the schematic link and I can see what looks like the diode I am referring to but the quality of the info is very hard to read. Thanks for any help and I will post this on the amp repair thread area too.
