TASCAM LF-S8 subwoofer

I'm looking for schematic of TASCAM LF-S8 active subwoofer. It doesn't power up. There is a small power-on-delay board and most probably it's faulty. It's a SMD board so drawing the schematic from the board is not that easy.
PS: the audio signal is not connected to the board so this is not a problem with a board that starts only when it gets signal.
