no effects on behringer nox 404 mixer

Hey techie's

I am working on a Behringer NOX 404 mixer which is not passing the audio signal through the effects section once activated.I have pinned it to the effects ic . Anybody out there with more experience with this mixer is more than welcome to leave a message or anyone with a service manual for this unit ? Help is needed .
