I picked up one of these a few years ago for $75 new from Parts Express... it is a cool little amp that I am finally getting around to playing (it should be fine for small casual sit-ins at coffeehouses and small bars & restaurants.) I got the Behringer which has chicken-head knobs while the Bugera which is supposed to be the same has round knobs.
Although I'd like a schem to help me tweak it I think it might be a fun amp to build from scratch, perhaps leaving out the 1/4" CD input and headphone jacks. (The Vox AC4C1 would be another really fun small amp to build with the Top Boost preamp. Stock design really needs some sort of cut control... soon to be added to mine!)

P.S. Anyone buying the Behringer should make sure that it has the upgraded speaker from Bugera- otherwise you'll probably want to replace it...
