Blackstar U250ACT mainboard schematics

Hi

I am trying to find the schematic for the blackstar U250ACT mainboard(smps+power amp)

I have narrowed down the issue, seems there is a fault in the power supply, to be more specific in the dual rail for +/-15v.
The secondary seems ok, I presume the issue is at the primary.

Any help is appreciated, I am a bit rusty on smps
