The problem is that the 1850 Hz pot and the 390Hz pot from the EQ section wont do anything because the two inductors-coils are open circuit...

I replace filaments resisrors with 2x120ohms and the voltage went to 6.14Vac both (balanced) but nothing to do with hum...

3.3Vac 100hz have to A+ and B+ . A few millivolts on C+ and D+
Filaments have 56 Ohm to ground each (2x100Ohm) one is 3.4Vac and the other is 2.96Vac...

try lifting one end of the coupling cap to the reverb driver grid. What happens?
v3 in and lifting the 500pF = same hum!

Please do this, Unplug the driver tube and unplug the cable from the input side of the pan but leave the output of the pan plugged into the recovery circuit....
