    Welcome to the Forum.
Suggest you start a new thread, just mention this old one for reference.
What kind of tools and experience do you have?
Can you read a schematic and identify matching parts on the PCB?
Can you take voltage readings , inject signal in the amplifier, etc?
No money for a Tech? No problem, but ....... can you be the Tech?

Donīt answer here but in the new post.

EDIT: I donīt see the schematic in the old thread so please search the Net and post it here, so we all talk about the same.
EDIT2: start by doing what Dude suggests in post #50 .

Thanks JM and OC for such quick responses! Love the Aussie humour... :-)

I'll do as suggested and start a new thread with a reference to this one.
