Dead Line 6 Spider II HD

I have a Line 6 Spider II HD that recently died. It appears to power up just like normal, but the only sound that comes out is a hum. It hums at the same volume with the master volume knob in any position. It is a stereo amp and both channels produce the same sound. When plugged into an instrument, no sound comes through at any volume position. The hum is still present. I opened it up, looked inside and the only sign of damage I could find was heated resistor which I replaced, but the problem persists.

I can't find anyone whose had the same problem.

Those use power amp ICs if I recall, and that would be what I suspect.
