Peavey Bandit 65 - Problem in volume knob

I´ve recently got a Peavey Bandit 65, 2nd hand .
Althoug I tried before buying it, it was just when I got home that I noticed that the volume knob doesn´t operate in a progessive way : the slightest turn of the knob (even close to the 0 mark) gives you a high volume response. Would this be something easy to repair ?

It seems to be a defective Potentiometer. If you can find the same type and lug configuation of the same value, it would be a simple desolder/R&R job.
