Cabinet simulator and speaker load

Does anyone know of a design for a combination,cabinet simulator and speaker load. I play at our church and we just started using an in ear monitor to cut down on stage volume, the old folks kept complaining to much, and I would like to use my amp instead of a POD. Thanks for any help
