Mackie SWA 1501 fuse blowing

I am working on a Mackie powered subwoofer and it is blowing F2, The one connected from Center Tap to ground, when powering down. I have checked through all the transistors and diodes with no luck.
I have a question about the LEDS on the main board.
LED 15& 16 are lit.
Under normal operation should D44,D42 & D34 be lit, currently (no pun) they are unlit.
