There are two way to make guitar amp head enclosure , wooden case (in fact MDF not real wood), metal case. many people like wooden case.Because it is tradetional way.The advantage is ,it can protect tube good. no easy smash. But the disadvantage is , it is weigh, and not easy heat sink.
But metal case is reverse, easy smash, heat sink,light to take .

Hi,

This is a hard to understand question??

Number one- you have to Enclose your Heads electronics
in a metal chassis mainly for RF+ EMI interferance and
shield all critical wires. ground everything real good.

Then the chassic goes into a wooden enclosure held in
by a few mounting screws.

That way the thing can handle maximum crash, and cis-bang-boom
or your basic music hall gig, party .. etc.
Find a music store and look at all the amps there.. this is the
basic building pattern...
