You can buy bed liner online or at you local auto parts store.

It actually looks fairly similar to Tolex when applied correctly.

Electrosonic Amps did some real cool stuff with Durabak. Looks like their site is no longer up, but a google image search turns up some good examples of the amps.

You could also try a spray-on rubberized wheel well paint available at auto supply stores. I did an extension cab with it and after I put chrome corners on it, it didn't look too bad at all.

I was actually going to try the bedliner for internal dampening in my next (low freq) cabinet. I don't think it would take much, and it shouldn't fall off in a few years.
