My new winder

Hey, guys! I finally managed to finish the pulley flange and first set of face-plates for my new winder. Works like a charm, although I still need to fine-tune my motor speed circuit to give me a lower minimum RPM. Unfortunately, this Sinologix winder was marketed as having a min. speed of around 800 RPM, but in reality it is about 2400 RPM. Even after the new 4.5" diameter pulley flange, it was still over 1000 RPM. Anybody considering buying one should keep this in mind.
