Masco Amp Question

My question is not exactly about Harp Amps, but since we seem to be discussing Masco Amps over here, and I don't want to hijack anybody else's post, I thought I would park this here.

I don't know the history involved, but are the Masco Amps in anyway related to the current Masco Coporation based in Taylor, MI that owns the Delta Faucet, Behr Paint, KraftMaid, Milgard Windows and a host of other household brands?

Masco Corporation: Our Companies

Did they own an amp/electronics company at some point in their past?
