Fender Pro Reverb trem not working

Ok heres the deal lates 70s master volume series pro fell over reverb works tremolo doesnt I changed out the tube and the bulb is still blinking in the circuit. you can hear it kinds faint but nothing like it should be What gives any help would be great!

If you see the neon bulb blinking, the culprit is most likely a faulty photocell (LDR), especially if it is "faintly" working.

Does the blink rate change when you rotate the speed knob?
If it does, that pretty well does narrow it down to the light dependent resistor.
If not, try changing out the 12AX7 tube.
