Digitech RDS-2000 Time machine delay?

Hello, possibly any of the 2000 series schematics would work. Or if a schematic isn't to be found could someone help me find which IC is mostly responsible for the delay?

The dry out works just fine but none of the delay controls work.

Digitech will provide schematics for these since they're not supported anymore, but here it is:

They provided this to me in response to a question about support for an RDS-2001, and said this is similar.
