  • Speaker cabinet I.D.

The owner of a music store I do some work for asked me to take a look at a speaker cabinet he's had for a while, and I've never seen anything quite like it.

It looks like a stock Fender cabinet in terms of cosmetics, but it's large--probably about four feet on the long edge--probably about 1.5 times the size of the base of a Rhodes Suitcase Piano. Inside it has four twelves that are mounted on four differently angled baffle sections so that they fire across each other.

I'm going to google a bit more, but, thus far, I haven't been able to I.D. it.

    Thanks!
    David

A friend of mine used to have that Bassman stack; sound was as punchy as can be.
        A killer combination.
It really kicked you in the gut when standing before it.
His MusicMan ¿Stingray? bass definitively helped too.
