  • Fender M-80 Combo amd 1x12 needing a schematic

    Hey all,

Hope everyone is doing well here. Its been a long time since Ive posted here, too much work keeping me too busy... I know everyone knows that feeling..LOL...

I was hoping someone could tell me where to find a schematic to a Fender M-80 1x12 amp? Its a non chorus, an 1989 model. I have some bad jacks that I need to replace but have some other issues to fix too. Some burnt resistors and need to replace them too.

Does anyone know it there were any good upgrades or mods for this old amp?

    Thanks

      Hey Jazz bass,

Thanks for the schematic. It will help greatly. I found I have 2 of the 16 volt zener diodes that are good but looks like 2 of the 330ohm resistors that connect to them are cooking. Maybe a bad fender design... This is where I need Enzo the specialist...

The only problem I have is finding where to buy the input jacks, these are 9 pin specials for the fender. I guess I'll have to see who sells these...

      Thanks again

Tubes & More. Sraech "S-H507" I think the S-H507A is stereo. The site description is confusing.

Sorry for the late reply all. Just saw this today.

I got mine from Darren Riley - Super fast and easy shop to deal with.

Had the same exact deal as you SloBrain. Broken "jack 1".

I just bought 6 input jacks for $9.75 plus tax from studiosoundelectronics.com and I just replaced both input jacks on my M80 1x12 and it sounds WAY BETTER NOW. Rock on. Crazy Randy
