I'm curious why you are calling it "neusilber" and not the English word "nickel silver"? I don't think too many English speaking people will know what that means.

It's nice to see three mounting holes.
It would be possible to describe everything scientifically, but it would make no sense; it would be without meaning, as if you described a Beethoven symphony as a variation of wave pressure. — Albert Einstein

        Hi David.
Thank you for your comments, we really appreciate them.
        1) About Neusilber - "new silver"- an alloy of copper and 5-35% nickel and 13-45% zinc(Just to make it more clear for English speaking people, with respect of course)
        2) About those three mounting holes you mantioned, we got a short leg for those who dont want to "destroy" the guitar to mount it

Right, neusilber is German for what we call German silver or nickel silver.

Short legs are good, as are the three mounting holes, in my opinion anyway!

I am more intrigued by the word "spurious"

It may just become my new favorite word.

Are the mounting holes threaded 3-48 or metric? what is the distance between the outer mounting holes? Does it match Carvin rings for example?

Can you make nickel silver pickup covers with no holes? I need some in unusual sizes.

                    Hi Mrcandy
It might be an idea to supply paf spec baseplates 49.2 and with pole screw holes a little smaller than the the usual suppliers have so that they can be tapped for 5-40 size US threads by the buyer the original pafs had threaded holes in the baseplates unlike the modern far eastern supplied plates suitable keeper bars are also a good idea.

                    Good luck

                    All the best

                    Andrew

We have access to soft nickel silver so we are thinking about the production of nickel silver pickup covers for puffs.
At the present time we do not consider the question of production unusual sizes precisely for pickup covers.

suppliers seem to be offering humbucker bobbins in 49.2, 50 and 53mm which might be useful for selling more baseplates
