Fender American deluxe switch question

Hey everyone,

I have an 1998 American Fender strat that has the super 5 way switch in it. I'm having to rebuild this due to it was submerged in Ike. The electronics are shot and been replaced. I know how to rewire the super 5 way switch but I don't have the two cap values for this. it was set up as HSS and I think the humbucker did have a cap for its own, they used a ceramic disk for it. the cap for the single coils was mylar. I just need to know the two different values. The puckups were a HB Seymour Duncan Pearly gates plus and the two single coils were Texas Specials.

Any suggestions?

Its the American Lone Star strat layout. The cap that I was really missing was the .05 ceramic.
