Thanks, gtr tech, that looks to be a handy option. Bookmarked. I actually ended up buying this amp. I haven't done anything else to it except measure the voltage....plates on the power tubes are just a bit above the 525 rating for the can. I may use a Variac and tone things down to 100VAC. and see what happens with that. Great amp.
