crate GT1200H. the reverb aint working

What it does is you can plug a brand new cord up to the head and into the footswitch the blue light will come on but there no effects this is the reverb that isnt working. The amp itself sounds great, any suggestions how to fix this problem?

What i have run into with the gt1200h reverb is that the wires going to the springs in the reverb have vibrated loose. resolder them in place.

remove the rc jacks going to the reverb and then remove the four screws holding the reverb in place. pull the metal reverb out... flip it over and you'll see springs floating inside. look at the wires going to it. there are two small transformers inside...usually the small wires will come loose because they are small. re solder those wires to the contacts on the transformers. then reinstall...do not damage the springs inside be very careful.
