    Schematics for VANTAGE EM650

    HI There
I have afriend that have one of those. It is nearly impossible to find a schematic. It seems that they are known under different names, so I guess the schematics will be identical.
The names are: Melos DE-1,Evans Echopet,Audiotek EC-555,Stage De-1, Maplin Echorder E44.Has anyone got one of these schematics..I would apreciate this.
    Bye for Now
    Robert

    Hello,
this is an old thread but I have of these units to repair and I'm in desperate need of a schematic.

These are OEM analog delay units and were sold rebranded with a lot of different names and looks.
The schematic came in the second page of the Operation Manual.

These are some of the units that appear to be the same:

    Melos DE-1
    Stage DE-1
    Better Echo Chamber EC-444
    Echoman EM-150
    Maplin Echorder EC444
    Gemini Echorder EC444
    Continental Echorder EC444
    Phonic Echorder PH8020
    Evans Echopet EP50
    Evans Echopet EP-100
    ERS ECH-802
    PHONIA EC-400
    Monacor EMM-1000
    Monacor EMM-1200
    Monacor EMM-2000
    Mondivox Echo Chamber
    BST Analogue Echo MCE 550
    Europsonic ECH-802
    Audiotek EC-555
    Maplin Echorder E44
    VANTAGE EM650
    JHS Echotec ET-100
    Electra EP 100
    Redson DU-104A
    Eli Analog echo SL-4040

Does anyone have the schematic for any of these units? Or the Manual?

    Thank you so much

I don't have anything, but I will say this. I've repaired lots of these older units simply looking up the datasheets for whatever chips they used. Most of the time, I've found that the sample circuit in the datasheet is pretty close to what's in the unit.

It could have similarities, but there's so many of these units around and all of them had the schematic in the manual that I'm sure it's possible to find the schematic somewhere.
Going to try to find the schematic if not I have to trace the circuit myself, but anyway someone might see this thread in the Future and get the schematic along the line for future users

    thanks

This may or may not help. You'll have to see if it matches up to what you have. It's a poor scan and some of it seems to be missing, but maybe a starting point?

That's a solid-state reverb. If the Vantage is a reverb simulator, rather than an echo, maybe.
