Hi.
Replace the SMD transistors marked 1D and 2D. MMBTA92 and MMBTA42. You have 3, replace everyone without testing them, 'cause they might proove good when you measure them, but inside a circuit, they are faulty.

when power its 80-90% from full is activated clipping fault ; i thing must to change mos-fet transistor

Change Q12 and Q18 before even thinking, 70% of the problems of this speaker are those Q's...good luck
