  • Jumpering channels on a top boost AC30

I'm not sure what category this belongs under but I'll post it here. I was looking at some AC30 schematics and noticed that on top boost models the normal and top boost channels would be out of phase when they meet at the PI.

Has anyone ever noticed phase cancelation when these chanels are used together? I have always used the top boost channel on it's own...

Send me your top boost. I'll jumper the channels and let you know...

ha I haven't owned one for some time... I actauly had a request to build a clone, but the customer wants to be able to jumper the channels, I think I may blend them before the CF and have the tone stack effect both.
