As the title says I have a EMX660 mixer here that the effects section is not working. On the effects section you can turn it on and select an effect but it simply does not work the lights do light up on the selected effect as well. Both amplifier channels and all mixer channels all work with no hum or distortion. The EQs on the channels and amplifier sections are functional as well. The only other anomaly is that on the monitor section the bottom 3 LEDs of the 5 segment readout are lit. I have got the service manual and was able to get the effects section into the test mode by pressing the effects on and vo.echo 1 buttons then powering up the effects on light flashes as it should, but the effect is still not applied to the input audio from channel 6 when switched from effect to effect.
