Fender HRDIII foot switch lag

Hi there,

Ive just got a brand new HRD, im really enjoying the driven channel as well as the amazing clean. My only problem is there seems to be a small lag when switching down from the driven channel to the clean using the 2 switch foot switch provided. Does anyone else experience this and does anyone know of anything i can do to get rid of it?

I know i could just buy an overdrive peddle, but i much prefer the idea of using the driven channel on the amp.

Oh and i should probably say that switching up to the driven channel is instant. Totally fine.
