Many cap manufacturers quote a lifetime for their electrolytics. It is a minimum guaranteed spec when they're operating at their maximum rated temperature and voltage.
Most of them will last longer than the minimum, purely because of the random nature of failures. If the caps are kept nice and cool in use, they can last a lot longer still.
