Roland in the UK

Don't know about anywhere else, but in the UK the people at Roland spares really know how to keep happy customers. A dedicated, personalised service with knowledgable, efficient and helpful staff. Every time I speak to them they treat me like I'm their most important customer. This makes me happy, my customers happy, and they buy Roland products again.

Probably been a couple years ago now, but for a time we had someone from there who posted here as "Rolandspares" and was always offering to provide Roland service documentation.

Yes, I've had good service from them too, plus the prices for their OEM parts seem equivilent the regular supplier's prices on similar items.
