Peavey Stereo Chorus 400 footswich schematic needed

Hey everyone... I bought an old Peavey Stereo Chorus 400 and I got footswitch wit it. But, it's not working. So I need schematic to try to fix it. I contacted Peavey Customer service twice but still no reply from them. So PLEASE help. Sorry for my english, it's not my real lkanguage..

I'm gonna try to upload this, not knowing if it will work. If it does the Stereo Chorus f/s wiring is in there.

Thank you so much! There is a diagram for the exact one which I need(the one with 6 pin).
Just, one question. I'm not so good at electronics, so, what do I do with 6th pin? I just leave it unwired or, what? Sorry for maybe banal question but...
