Vox T-60

Hello again, I have a Vox T-60 solid state bass amp here for repair. This is not the 1960's model but a later "reissue". No luck finding a schematic, 2 x D998 output transistors and A1659 & C4370 drivers.
One D998 is shorted, is there a equivalent transistor available?

The 2SC5101 is one of the best options. Here are the datasheets of both.
Needless to say that you need to replace both 2SD998 (both shorted and
intact).
