Does anyone know this vendor

I found a great price on NOS Sylvania 5Y3 tubes - but it is a vendor I have not heard of - they may be Hong Kong based or so it seems from the shipping info. Company is diyhifisupply.com

Does anyone have anything to say about this supplier?
