Bogner (Line6) Alchemist problem

I recently bought a Bogner Alchemist from some guy off of craigslist, and when I got it home and started really playing with it. I noticed the gain channel is super fuzzy, muddy, not really usable. Absolutely love the clean channel tones though! I'm thinking it's the tubes, or perhaps something in the electronics are being overloaded.



Any help, suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
