True, however, he's marketing it to KIDS, not even semi-experienced adults with real world experience about life and death. AND he doesn't care about the obvious safety hazards which he's as much as said. I don't give a rat's behind if he gets sued, I care about the potential for killing someone because he's too damned stubborn to ensure no one will accidentally get shocked by pulling a wire out and touching the end before the caps discharge. Have you looked at how much trouble you can get into in three seconds with high voltage?

Personally, I hope this project fails because he won't address the safety issue.
