Need some help in the UK. Near'ish south of London!

Looking for someone in or around Couldson Surrey UK, south of London who is a bit Tech savvy to look at an amp for a friend of mine.
Very simple three tube Champ type amp.

Any takers?
There could be a little cash involved.

All I know is new tubes doesn't fix it and there is no sound but a hum... LOL!
