It does exist but is not common and might be non stocked, meaning custom order

You might kludge one adding a relatively long semicircular blade made out of thin brass to a regular "1 of n" rotary selector.

If I understand it correctly, it may be simple to arrange a multi pole rotary switch to achieve that effect.
Each position would need a separate pole, so above 3 positions (assuming a standard 12 way wafer), a self assembly, multi wafer type may be necessary.
Regular suppliers, eg radiospares, used to stock suck kits.
Vintage radio part stockists may also be useful.

Stew-mac sells a 5-position rotary for use with PRS-type arrangements. It can probably be wired to do what you want.

Any 4 pole, 5 position switch can be wired to do what you want. Stew-Mac sells the rotary one that Mark mentioned and the Oak Grigsby Super Switch which is strat style. Or go to Digi-Key or Mouser and browse for 4P5T switches.
