Epiphone valve standard to increase the treble

Hi all

I have a little problem. A friend has asked me to take a look at a Epiphone valve standard

He has a couple of issues The main one is there seems to be a lack of treble and is too much bass. Both controls are working but there seems to be very little control
Can i change any values of components to increase the treble,or middle.

I have heard it on the speaker in the cab and with my test speaker. I have also read up on some of the mod's on here., But none i think will have a bearing on this amp

For more treble/mid try adding a 220p to 470p cap in parallel with R12 and to reduce the bass change C2 to 2n2 (0.0022u) or even 1n.
