  • Schematic Needed Lafayette 6973

    Hi All,
I am in need of a schematic for a Lafayette Model 6973 guitar amplifier. Hope someone can help.
    Thanks,

What is the tube compliment? I believe these were made by Univox. You may be able to find a similar Univox schematic.

I'm sorry, all I remember is that it is ALL tube, no bridge rectifier, I am 99% sure the outputs are 6793. If I remember correctly there is 2 Output tubes, 1 rectifier and 2 pre-amp, maybe 1 is a phase inverter. I get bad oscillation on channel 2 only. Everything else is fine. I won't be seeing it again until 2/9/16. If this info is incorrect, I will update it then. Thanks for your help.

        HI,
        The tubes are : 6CA4 x 1, 6973 x 2, 12AX7 x 3. It is not a Model 6973. Made in Japan. 15 Watt Output transformer. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

            Foiled

            Hi,
I'm back. I tried to upload images, I selected them but did not get an "insert" or whatever notification or a button to press. Must be a DA.

Can you upload them to a site like Photobucket or flickr? Once there, I could assist in getting them posted here.
