have a stuck key but cant get into the unit. would love if somone had the service manual. if not this mondel maybe 5500 would work too

The keys are held in by a coil spring at the rear most part of the key.
If the key is 'stuck' down, then more than likely the pivot tab broke.
Can't help with taking it apart.
What you want to end up with is the whole keybed out of the unit.
