This is a weird one.
When the EQ is engaged the signal does not get through U5, which has it's 15v supply on pins 13/14 and 10/8.
Even with chip removed, somehow 15v supply voltage is getting to the EQ sliders and output pins 14 & 8.
Swapped U5, chip(s) ok, something is leaking voltage in that circuit.
No obvious physical signs of any board problems, just strange.
Signal level indicators not working either since they get their signal from this stage.
