Amp gets thinner at higher volumes ans less tighter

I'm noticing that when playing the amp at higher volumes the amp gets thinner and less tighter, i'm noticing less bass and the bass notes losse tightness.

Every help and discussion of you tech guys could help me find the cause of this problem.

Is this problem related to power amp or preamp ? what could be causing this issue?

This happens when i increase the master volume.

Well, it's only a 20W amp. What you are describing is typical of an amp run at high volumes or past power amp clip. How loud is "higher volumes"?

It's not a super high volumes. this starts to happen with the volume at 1.
