  • Peavey Classic Chorus 212 (90's) - Trimpot above BBD chips?

Here's a random question and one that's not necessarily related to an issue. Has anyone ever adjusted the trim pot above the BBD chips on these? I'm curious about what this might adjust. Any insight would be entertaining.

    Cheers!

Nope, no one has ever done it...ever...anywhere...

Look at the schematic, the BBD chips run on +15 and ground, no -15. That pot is a trim to center reference the chip to +15, ie about +7.5v. Note it is just a pot across the +15 supply.
