    4558 opamp question

Might be a dumb question to some, but is a texas instruments rc4558p a suitable replacement for an xr 4558cp?
I've looked at a few data sheets and from what I can find it looks as though it should be fine.

They are both 4558 types and can be used in place of each other.

There are a few situations, like OD pedals wher the op amps are operated at super low voltages, where some people hear differences, but for the most part, any 4558 will do.
