Check the filter caps for both the regulators, I've had a couple of Ashdowns that have fried the regulators due to dead caps, they were hot as hell. The caps were behind the VU meter, exact height replacements are required as they are used to support the VU in place.

Alright, I suppose it's on to the Caps now. I replaced both regulators and it's still not working. It pops the same fuse.

Is this a MAG or a ABM, EVOII? there are differences between them.

Ah, I was wrong about the caps behind the VU, that must have been an EVO III I worked on. I have an ABM 500 EVO II I just finished repairing, if you need any comparison readings let me know. Either way, I'd certainly be checking the voltage regulator filter caps, if you can't test them, just change them out with known goods/spares to test.
