  • Lets See Your Lead Rack

I'm looking for ideas for better ways to hang leads. I mean, who isn't? It would be great if it was functional & spacially economic.

Google "test lead rack". You will see photos of commercial ones. They work well, I have a couple. You can take a board and pound some large finishing nails into it to do the same thing.

I used to work with my tool kit on top of a tool cart. My main speaker patch cords I just draped over the top of it.

Here's what I have used.. You just don't use the cover and slide your cable in the groove and the rest hangs with no bends in the cable

That's cable loom for equipment racks, we have tons at work for cell sites.

I have the angled slot type that mount to the wall that has like a dozen "forks" to hang cables.

Found a few in some old boxes in the warehouse.

I love Monoprice stuff. Is that plastic or some type of metal? I would think plastic would be either too brittle or too pliable.

I go for the Rustic/Homemade effect. In other words I'm too cheap to buy one.
